What We Believe

We believe that there is one God and that he also exists as Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, which are one (Philippians 2:6-11; John 14:26). 


We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God in which we are to study and apply continuously in our daily lives (2nd Timothy 3:16).
 
We believe that everyone is born into sin and will face eternal punishment after physical death, which is Hell unless one confesses their sins, repent, and accepts Jesus Christ as their Savior. Only then shall we receive the gift of eternal life, which is Heaven (Romans 3:21-26; Romans 5:12-21 Romans 10:9).
 

We believe that after repentance and confession of Jesus Christ as our Savior, we are to be led and guided by the Holy Spirit (1st Corinthians 2:12-14).


 We believe that being baptized is an opportunity to express a new life in Jesus Christ and communion is an opportunity to acknowledge that Jesus Christ died for us (Matthew 28:19; Luke 22:18-20).
 

We believe that Jesus Christ who lived on the earth, died, and ascended into heaven shall one day return to earth physically (Acts 1:9-11; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 1 Thessalonians 5:1-11).
